The Fallen Lady

Saturday's night accepted the crime – guilty remained
Heartbreak was the visitor, no one bothered
Except the person that owned it, she was
Her blessings lessened – her lesson

It’s been a week, and she couldn’t find any sleep
She had lost her ticket of love, demoted in love
From greater bliss to later abyss
In squeezed-couldn’t-survive romance
Like a jewel cast off its beauty

Had substantial tears to shed
Tears unfit for her cheeks
Don't belong, not consoled either
Because she was used to being majestic in conduct

Her feelings drained from her dignified court
Her heart in prime distressed, shattered
Dressed in stressed fuse of unhappiness
Detained in abhorred state jilted
Her pride cancelled to the last
