Little Boy, Little Girl

My little boy and my little girl
Both were little children in the rain
Laughing out high from their little housing
Giggling over and over-giggling
Fond of each other, finding and funding their fun

Hand in hand like a little band
Jolly with joy they journeyed
On one hand, my little boy sang his pretty little song
On the other hand, my little girl admired her young little face
“My little boy,” says my little girl
“My little girl,” says my little boy
Sharing their hearts and hats in their little playtime
